Returns & Exchanges

We truly hope you love your Softer Seasons pieces as much as we loved creating them for you. 🤍

But we also know that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right, or you simply need something different — and we’re always happy to help where we can.

We accept eligible items for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from stains, scents, pet hair or other signs of wear
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached

At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original method of payment.

Eligible returns can be:

  • Exchanged for another size, colour or style, subject to availability; or
  • Returned for store credit to use toward something you love in the future.

Starting a Return

Need to make a return or exchange? No problem.

Simply email us at softerseasonsclothingco@gmail.com or send us a DM on our social media within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your name, order information, and a quick note letting us know what you’d like to return or exchange.

We’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can make sure your return is eligible and properly processed.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue.
