Our Policy
Because each Softer Seasons capsule is produced in small, intentional batches, we only accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To Be Eligible for a Return
Items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags must be attached
- Free of deodorant, makeup, fragrance, or pet hair
- Returned in original packaging
A Few Things to Note
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items purchased at a discounted price or through promotional offers are final sale.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.
