Track Your Order
Whether your order is travelling with a carrier or coming to your door locally, here is how to follow along.
Orders shipped by carrier
If your order was fulfilled with a tracking number, your order status page is the place to follow its journey. You can reach it in any of these ways:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Sign in to your account and open the order.
- Enter your order confirmation number and verify your email or phone number on the order status page.
For shipments with a supported carrier, the order status page shows updates as your package moves along its route.
Local delivery orders
Orders delivered locally in Cold Lake, Bonnyville, and Pierceland come straight from us rather than a carrier, so they do not carry a tracking number. Your order status page will show the order as on its way until it is marked delivered, and you are always welcome to contact us with questions about a local delivery.
